Rowan Larsen left one of New Zealand's largest recruitment agencies in 2009 after a 12 year tenure which included working as a senior manager specialising in accounting and finance. Upon leaving he established The Recruitment Project and so began his personal crusade to lead change in the industry towards a transparent, commercially realistic recruitment model based upon hourly rate based services and fees for only the services actually delivered.
TRP is a collective of established specialist recruiters with expertise in recruiting Office Admin and Support staff, Accountants, General Managers, and Specialist IT staff at any level. We have also recruited lower level technical, operational and sales roles as well as some trade qualified staff.
