Rowan Larsen left one of New Zealand's largest recruitment agencies in 2009 after a 12 year tenure which included working as a senior manager specialising in accounting and finance.  Upon leaving he established The Recruitment Project and so began his personal crusade to lead change in the industry towards a transparent, commercially realistic recruitment model based upon hourly rate based services and fees for only the services actually delivered.

TRP is a collective of established specialist recruiters with expertise in recruiting Office Admin and Support staff, Accountants, General Managers, and Specialist IT staff at any level.
